T he Congress District Treasurer's meeting is starting today.

Mahendra Thing, Treasurer of Nuwakot, said that the second national meeting of the Treasurer will be started at Nuwakot. 11th President Sher Bahadur Deu, who was chairing the program, was inaugural.

The delegation has gone to Deuba for the inauguration. Senior leaders Ramchandra Poudel, Minister of State for Finance Shashank Koirala, Treasurer Sitatevi Yadav, former Chief Ministers Prakashman Singh, Krishna Prasad Situula, Central members Dr. Ramsharan Mahat, leaders of Arjun Nursing, are reaching Nuwakot.

The meeting will discuss the gathering mainly in the review of election, party cleansing and how the Congress will go ahead. "We will discuss the issue of strengthening the Congress by removing every kind of disintegration within the Congress," he said, "We will have to give the message that Congress is the party of the people and works for the people."

He said that the dispute between the party and the end of disintegration was the main objective of the meeting. The leaders will revive the inaugural ceremony after inaugurating the meeting.

It is said that the program will be organized for the party organization reinforcement in the closed session starting from 7 pm. Treasurer Thing informed that there will be some discussion regarding the arrangement of the party's fund systematic and transparent.

Treasurer of all districts will attend the meeting. The program will be held at Congress party office in Birur.
